Head of Digital Marketing

We're looking for someone to lead Nord Anglia’s global digital performance and product strategy, holding end-to-end accountability for digital marketing performance and digital platform outcomes across all schools globally. The role shapes strategy and sets standards across digital performance, paid media, channel activation and website optimisation, driving continuous improvement in digital capability across regions and schools.

The role is the formal deputy to the Group Head of Marketing & CRM, providing whole-function leadership cover, strategic direction and decision-making authority across the Marketing & CRM function in the Group Head’s absence. Beyond cover, the role actively shapes the future direction, capability and operating model of the Marketing & CRM function - working alongside Brand and CRM leaders to drive organisational effectiveness, strategic alignment and business performance across the whole function.

The role:

  • Lead and develop high-performing Digital Marketing and Product teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Act as deputy to the Group Head of Marketing & CRM, providing leadership, strategic direction and decision-making support across the wider Marketing & CRM function.
  • Help shape and deliver the global Marketing & CRM strategy, ensuring alignment of priorities, resources and execution across regions.
  • Drive employee engagement, talent development, succession planning and performance management within the Digital and Product teams.
  • Define and lead the global digital marketing and paid media strategy, optimising performance across SEM, paid social, display and programmatic channels.
  • Manage agency partners and internal teams to deliver effective paid media campaigns that drive enquiries, conversion and return on investment.
  • Champion best practice, innovation and thought leadership in performance marketing, using data and insights to enhance results across markets.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness, operational excellence and the parent journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Oversee campaign measurement, attribution modelling and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous optimisation.
  • Partner with regional and school stakeholders to drive digital excellence, improve lead quality, and maximise marketing performance across the global networks.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
