Head of Digital Marketing
We’re looking for a commercially focused Head of Digital Marketing to join our Online team in a new leadership role, responsible for driving profitable growth across The Perfume Shop's digital channels.
Working with our Online Business Director and other Senior Managers across the business, you'll shape our approach to digital marketing. You’ll bring together digital marketing expertise and omnichannel thinking plus applying data and customer insights to maximise customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value. Leading our Digital Marketing, CRM and Retail Media teams, you'll ensure every activity is insight-led, commercially focused and aligned to business priorities across both online and store channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the digital marketing strategy to drive profitable growth across online and store channels, delivering against key commercial KPIs including traffic, conversion, revenue and ROI.
- Use customer insight, segmentation and behavioural data to shape marketing strategy, optimise performance and create meaningful customer activation plans.
- Develop and deliver an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy that supports both ecommerce and retail performance, increasing customer acquisition, engagement and store footfall.
- Define and evolve our Retail Media proposition, creating valuable partnership opportunities for suppliers while driving revenue growth.
- Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing activity, ensuring personalised customer journeys that maximise engagement, loyalty and customer value.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams across Digital Marketing, CRM and Retail Media, building a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience in senior digital marketing leadership roles within retail, ecommerce or omnichannel environments.
- A proven track record of delivering profitable growth through digital marketing, customer insight and performance optimisation.
- Strong leadership capability with experience developing high-performing teams and creating a customer-first culture.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels including Paid Media, SEO/GEO, Affiliates, Paid Social and CRM.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to translate insight into action and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive decision-making across the business.
