Head of Digital Marketing | Global Luxury & Fintech

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Digital Marketing to build and lead the digital function for a fast-growing global luxury and fintech group.

This is a rare opportunity for a senior digital marketer who wants real ownership, not just to manage agencies and approve plans, but to shape strategy, build the function, get hands-on in the platforms, and directly influence commercial growth.

The opportunity

You’ll own the Group’s digital ecosystem across website, SEO, performance marketing, social, CRM and marketing automation, working across premium lifestyle and financial services brands.

You’ll start by assessing what exists, identifying opportunities and building a clear digital roadmap then take responsibility for making it happen.

The role is highly strategic, but hands-on execution is essential. You’ll be expected to get into the platforms, launch and optimise campaigns, interrogate performance data and continually improve the digital customer journey.

What you’ll own

  • Digital strategy: Audit and shape the Group’s digital ecosystem, priorities and roadmap.
  • Performance marketing: Own paid search, social and display strategy, budgets and performance with direct hands-on execution across Google Ads and Meta.
  • SEO & organic growth: Set the strategy and roadmap for sustainable organic acquisition.
  • Social: Develop an engaging global presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant channels.
  • Website & digital experience: Elevate the Group’s websites and digital touchpoints to reflect a premium, world-class brand.
  • CRM & automation: Lead the HubSpot marketing automation strategy, including segmentation, nurturing, lifecycle journeys and reactivation.
  • Data & optimisation: Own digital KPIs and use performance insight to drive better acquisition, conversion and ROI.
  • Partners: Assess and manage external agencies and specialists, knowing when to outsource and when to build capability internally.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Brand, Product, Sales, Commercial and Client Services to connect digital activity to wider business objectives.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we’re looking for

You’ll likely have 8+ years of digital marketing experience, with a track record of leading digital strategy across one or more brands.

Most importantly, you are both strategic and hands-on.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has personally planned, launched and optimised performance campaigns not just managed the people or agency doing it.
  • Is commercially driven and comfortable owning metrics such as CAC, MQLs, conversion and pipeline.
  • Can diagnose an existing digital operation and build a clear plan for improvement.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving, resource-conscious environment where you’ll need to roll up your sleeves.
  • Is highly comfortable with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Search Console and HubSpot.
  • Has strong judgement around brand, content and digital experience, with a genuine appreciation for premium/luxury positioning and design.
  • Has experience in luxury, financial services, fintech, lifestyle or similarly high-consideration brands desirable but not essential.

Why this role?

Because you’ll have the opportunity to build something rather than inherit something.

You’ll have significant ownership over the digital strategy, the channels, the partners, the technology and ultimately the results with the freedom to challenge what exists and create a digital function capable of supporting an ambitious global brand.

If you’re a senior digital marketer who combines commercial instinct, technical fluency, creative judgement and a willingness to get hands-on, we’d love to hear from you.
