Job Description:

More Than You Expected

Grant Thornton UK LLP is part of a global network of independent audit, tax and advisory firms, made up of some 58,000 people in over 135 countries. We're a team of independent thinkers who put quality, inclusion and integrity first. All around the world we bring a different experience to our clients. A better experience. One that delivers the expertise they need in a way that goes beyond. Personal, proactive, and agile. That's Grant Thornton.

New Ground Won’t Break Itself

Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals.

Grant Thornton UK is at a pivotal point in its digital transformation, and the Head of Digital Marketing leads the channels that carry that shift: web, marketing automation, performance marketing and digital campaign delivery. The role owns how buyers experience the firm digitally, shaping intent, engagement and conversion as digital becomes a primary driver of the firm's growth.

The role brings previously separate channel teams together under a single point of accountability, sits at the centre of the brief-to-delivery workflow, and leads the AI adoption agenda within digital marketing, ensuring capability and tooling keep pace with a fast-changing channel mix.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
