Globally recognised FMCG business with a strong presence across Consumer and Professional markets. Continued investment across digital, eCommerce, consumer engagement and brand growth. Seeking a Head of Digital Marketing who can efficiently lead the UK&I digital ecosystem. Opportunity to influence the customer journey across owned, paid and earned media channels. Collaborative and innovative environment with a strong portfolio of established brands.
The Head of Digital Marketing will:
- Report to the Marketing Director UK&I and lead the digital marketing and communications strategy across the region.
- Own integrated media, content, social, CRM and eCommerce activity across Consumer and Professional audiences.
- Lead and inspire a team of two direct reports.
- Drive full-funnel media performance, maximising reach, engagement, conversion and ROI.
- Grow website and Amazon Brand Store performance through the optimisation of customer experience, SEO, content and conversion.
- Develop and execute content strategies across campaigns, launches and always-on activity.
- Defining social strategy and driving engagement will be vital to the success of the Head of Digital Marketing in building community growth and strengthening brand advocacy.
- Develop CRM, loyalty and lifecycle marketing programmes to increase acquisition, retention and lifetime value.
- Partner closely with Global HQ and cross-functional teams to deliver digital innovation and best practice.
- Identifying emerging trends and translating insights into growth opportunities will be a key aspect of the Head of Digital Marketing role.

Ideal candidate:
- 7-10 years' digital marketing experience, ideally within a leading FMCG business.
- Proven track record delivering integrated digital strategies that drive growth and commercial results.
- The Head of Digital Marketing will possess strong expertise across paid media, social media, CRM, content, eCommerce and performance marketing, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business results.
- Experience managing DTC platforms and Amazon Brand Stores.
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital merchandising, customer journeys and conversion rate optimisation.
- Experience developing CRM, loyalty and marketing automation programmes is vital for this Head of Digital Marketing opportunity.
- Excellent stakeholder and agency management experience is desirable.
- The Head of Digital Marketing should be commercially minded, analytical and passionate about innovation and emerging technologies.
- Experience working alongside creators, influencers and strategic social partnerships would be advantageous.
