Role Description
The Head of Digital Products works alongside the VP, Digital to deliver industry leading platforms including websites and mobile apps for our festivals and concerts that drive engagement, first party data and ultimately, ticket sales.
You’ll lead on the project management, delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of digital platforms, driving innovation and continual optimisation, supported by a talented team.
You’ll be an experienced data specialist, analysing results to optimise user experience and ticket sales. You’ll also work to overhaul reporting dashboards and ensure that data tech is continually reviewed and optimised.
You’ll review processes and tools used across the team to drive efficiency and AI integration, in collaboration with the Head of Ops.
You’ll be a confident project manager, launching websites and apps from scratch and will have a grounding in coding. Projects will be a mix of external and internal builds.
You’ll be a digital tech leader, working with multiple stakeholders across events to recommend solutions that deliver business outcomes.

Who You Are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Experienced digital product manager with track record in managing and delivering projects from scratch
- Demonstrable experience in implementing / auditing data tools; coding / data engineering; leading teams
- Manage multiple projects to completion under in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Confident data analyst
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in collaboration with various stakeholders

What The Role Includes
- Working with VP, Digital Marketing to create Digital Product roadmap
- Leading relationships with digital agencies – internal and external to drive innovation
- Being the in-house digital product lead: working with our app partners to deliver best in class products; communicating with internal stakeholders on cross team / global products; identify and audit external tools that would support existing products; AI innovation roadmap; project lead on new large scale digital products
- Ongoing project management of – with Digital Marketing Manager: build of websites managed in-house; all festival apps
- Oversee all data tech implementation: rebuild reporting dashboards alongside internal; ongoing audit of data tech stack
- Analysis / continued improvements to platforms based on insights
- Line management of Digital Product team
