Head of Digital Solutions
Multi-Site UK | Hybrid Role | Regular Travel Required (2-3 Days Per Week)
Paying between £90,000-100,000 + car allowance + 10% bonus.
A leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Head of Digital to lead and develop its digital capability across a multi-site operation.
Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this strategic leadership role will be responsible for ERP, IT, Digital Solutions, Data & Analytics, Automation and AI, with a particular focus on maximising the value of ERP systems to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement and business performance.
This is a highly visible role, requiring regular engagement with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges, identify opportunities and deliver technology solutions that support long-term growth.
You will lead the organisation's digital strategy and technology roadmap, ensuring systems, data and digital solutions are aligned to business objectives and delivering measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
- Defining and delivering the digital and ERP strategy.
- Leading the ongoing optimisation, development and governance of ERP and business-critical systems.
- Driving digital transformation, automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Developing data, analytics and AI capabilities across the organisation.
- Ensuring technology platforms remain secure, resilient and scalable.
- Managing strategic technology projects, suppliers and investment plans.
- Leading and developing a high-performing Digital team.
- Acting as a trusted technology advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
Experience Needed
- Senior leadership experience within ERP, IT, Digital or Technology functions.
- A strong track record of delivering ERP transformation, optimisation and business change programmes.
- Experience managing business-critical systems within a multi-site environment.
- Strong programme, project and change management expertise.
- Knowledge of data, analytics, automation, AI and cybersecurity.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
