Head of Workplace Services Portfolio

London or Manchester | Hybrid Working | Circa £110,000 + Bonus + Benefits | Permanent

Are you an experienced technology services leader with a track record of building, evolving and growing customer-facing service portfolios? We're supporting a leading technology services organisation in the search for a Head of Workplace Services Portfolio. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for the strategy, growth and ongoing success of a significant workplace services portfolio, helping to shape how services are developed, positioned and delivered to customers.

This is not an internal IT leadership position. Instead, you'll sit at the intersection of sales, service delivery, technology partners and business leadership, ensuring the portfolio remains commercially successful, aligned to market demand and capable of delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

As the owner of the Workplace Services portfolio, you'll be responsible for defining service strategy, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the business continues to offer market-leading workplace solutions.

Working closely with sales teams, delivery leaders and technology vendors, you'll help drive revenue growth, influence investment decisions and shape the future direction of services across Modern Workplace, End User Computing, Collaboration and emerging workplace technologies.

Why Join?

  • Own a major customer-facing Workplace Services portfolio.
  • Play a key role in shaping service strategy and future investment.
  • Influence commercial growth and go-to-market direction.
  • Work closely with sales, delivery and senior leadership teams.
  • Build strategic relationships with leading technology partners.
  • Enjoy significant visibility, autonomy and influence across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
