Head of Distribution Partnerships | Fast-Growing FinTech Platform

Hybrid Working | Central London Office 1 x day per week

A high-growth financial services platform is hiring a Head of Distribution Partnerships to build its intermediary channel from the ground up. The business doubled in size in 2025, growing to 400 people, and this hire is central to the next phase of that growth. The role reports into the C-suite, comes with 8-10 direct reports, and sits within a flat, fast-moving structure with direct access to the people setting company strategy.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting the strategy for growing distribution across the IFA, wealth manager and adviser network market
  • Opening and personally leading relationships with major networks, consolidators and wealth managers through to signed agreements
  • Building and running a field-based distribution team from scratch, including hiring, territory design and performance management
  • Working directly with product and technology teams to shape the proposition, including platform integrations and product wrappers
  • Owning and growing an existing key account while diversifying the channel well beyond it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
