Head of Dynamics 365 (CE & BC)
📍 UK (Hybrid/Flexible) 💰 Up to £175,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Our client, a growing Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking to appoint a Head of Dynamics 365 to lead and grow their Business Applications practice across both Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands the Microsoft partner ecosystem, has a track record of building high-performing teams, and can drive both operational excellence and commercial growth.
The Role
Reporting directly into the executive leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and delivery capability of the Dynamics practice. You'll oversee consultants, architects, developers, and practice managers across CE and BC while working closely with sales and Microsoft to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the Dynamics 365 CE & BC practice
- Growing, mentoring, and retaining high-performing delivery teams
- Owning practice P&L, utilisation, forecasting, and delivery performance
- Working with Microsoft and strategic clients to identify new opportunities
- Driving best practices across solution design, delivery, and customer success
- Supporting pre-sales activities on enterprise-level opportunities
- Defining and executing the practice growth strategy
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience within a Microsoft Partner
- Strong knowledge of both Dynamics 365 CE and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Demonstrable success in scaling teams and building delivery capability
- Commercial awareness with experience owning budgets, utilisation, and profitability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, from C-suite customers through to Microsoft leadership
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across consulting, architecture, development, and project delivery
- Passion for developing people and creating a high-performance culture
