About us

Dyson is a global technology enterprise. We solve the problems others choose to ignore, with surprising new inventions that defy convention and simply work better.

Our E‑Commerce team is at the centre of how we connect directly with owners. By selling directly, we control the experience end‑to‑end—delivering exclusive machines, deeper relationships, and continuous innovation in how people discover and buy Dyson technology.

About the role

As our Head of E-Commerce, you will define and lead Dyson’s e‑commerce strategy across GB&I—owning performance, shaping the experience, and unlocking growth.

You will:

  • Set the vision for e‑commerce sales and experience, driving both strategy and execution across all online channels.
  • Own and outperform monthly and annual targets across D2C, marketplaces and refurbished channels.
  • Shape the traffic acquisition strategy in partnership with media and marketing teams.
  • Build and execute long-term plans for sustainable growth, aligned to local market dynamics and Dyson global principles.
  • Drive performance across all e‑commerce channels, with full accountability for volume and gross margin.
  • Ensure operational excellence across site development, order fulfilment and system implementation.
  • Accelerate direct-to-consumer growth by executing global strategies across all key customer touchpoints.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment, ensuring consistent delivery across commercial, marketing, digital and operational teams.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing team, raising capability and setting a high performance bar.
  • Own business planning, including forecasting, budgeting and trading rhythms to support decision-making.
  • Continuously improve performance through innovation, experimentation and data-led insight.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
