Head of E-commerce
Our client, a £multimillion non-for profit company, based in the Midlands, is looking for an ambitious and commercially focused Head of E-commerce to lead and grow their online business. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the e-commerce strategy, digital marketing, trading performance, and commercial success.
You'll be responsible for delivering revenue growth, improving profitability, and creating exceptional customer experiences across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of e-commerce revenue, margin, and profitability targets
- Development and execution of the digital growth strategy across all online platforms
- Leading all digital marketing across paid media, SEO, CRM, social media, and customer acquisition
A small team will report in.
Requirements
To apply, you will have proven experience leading a successful e-commerce and digital function, possess strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue and profit growth and have expertise in digital marketing, online trading, and performance analytics. An understanding of the retail arena would be useful.

Location
This is a hybrid role, based in the West Midlands.
Salary
- c.£50,000 plus bonus and benefits
