Head of E-commerce and Digital

Factra Ltd | Manchester (fully office based) | Full time | £50,000

About us

Factra is a UK manufacturer with a growing portfolio of direct-to-consumer brands across health supplements, wellness, and adult consumer products. We operate multiple e-commerce websites alongside Amazon and TikTok Shop, and we manufacture in-house rather than reselling. We have an established in-house team covering development, design, SEO, and content, supported by a remote specialist team.

We are now investing significantly in our direct-to-consumer operation and are creating a new senior role to lead it.

The role

You will own online revenue across our brand websites and marketplaces. This is a commercial leadership position, not a channel specialist role. You will set the trading strategy, decide where investment goes, build out the team, and be accountable for growth and profitability.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and will have the autonomy to shape the function from the ground up, including recruiting the specialists you need.

What you will be responsible for

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
