Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth | London
Full Time | Permanent | Office-based
Bonus | Flex-Hours | Early Finish Friday + Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth to join an established, fast-paced womenswear business in London.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role, taking ownership of Shopify e-commerce, digital acquisition, CRM, marketplaces, content, social media and wider digital growth across two fashion brands.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the commercial trading and optimisation of two Shopify websites.
- Drive acquisition across Meta, Google, SEO and emerging channels.
- Develop CRM, email/SMS and retention strategies.
- Manage and grow third-party marketplaces, ideally including Mirakl.
- Drive conversion, sales, profitability, ROAS, CAC, CLV and other key KPIs.
- Develop digital content, social media and innovative campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
- Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve customer experience and commercial performance.
- Develop omnichannel opportunities connecting e-commerce, social and physical retail.
- Work closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Operations.
- Shape and deliver the wider digital growth strategy.

About you:
We're looking for an experienced e-commerce leader from fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail, with strong hands-on Shopify experience and a proven track record of driving digital growth.

You'll be commercial, analytical, creative and highly hands-on, with strong knowledge of digital acquisition, CRM and e-commerce trading. Experience with marketplaces/Mirakl, social content and AI/digital innovation would be highly advantageous.
