Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth
London | Full Time | Permanent | Office-based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially driven Head of E-commerce & Digital Growth to join an established and growing fashion and consumer business in London.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role responsible for e-commerce performance, digital acquisition, CRM, customer growth and online trading, working closely with commercial and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the e-commerce strategy and online trading performance.
- Lead Shopify e-commerce operations, optimisation and growth.
- Drive customer acquisition through paid social, paid search, SEO and emerging channels.
- Develop CRM, email, SMS and customer retention strategies.
- Manage third-party digital sales channels and marketplaces.
- Drive conversion, revenue, profitability and key KPIs, including ROAS, CAC and customer lifetime value.
- Lead digital content, social media and commercial campaigns.
- Improve the customer journey, conversion and online experience.
- Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to drive efficiency and commercial performance.
- Connect digital activity with wider customer and retail experiences.
- Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Operations.
- Develop and deliver a clear digital growth roadmap.

About You
- Experienced e-commerce and digital leader from fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail.
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience with a proven track record of delivering online growth.
- Commercially focused, analytical, creative and highly hands-on.
- Strong experience across e-commerce trading, digital acquisition, CRM, conversion and customer growth.
- Marketplace, social commerce, content, AI or digital innovation experience advantageous.
- Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take genuine ownership of digital growth and deliver measurable commercial impact.
