It’s the freedom to express yourself, the thrill of discovering something new, and the power of belonging to a community that celebrates every identity. From our beginnings in France to becoming part of the LVMH family, we’ve always pushed boundaries through creativity, innovation, and inclusivity.

Today, as we continue our exciting expansion across the UK, we’re looking for passionate, driven individuals to help shape the future of prestige beauty in one of the world’s most dynamic retail markets.

The Opportunity

As our Head of E-commerce & Digital Experience, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the next chapter of SEPHORA UK’s digital growth. In a market of exceptional expansion, e-commerce is a strategic pillar of our business - driving customer acquisition, engagement, loyalty and profitable growth.

You’ll lead the strategy and evolution of our digital business across web and app, creating seamless, inspiring and commercially powerful experiences that bring the magic of SEPHORA to life online. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Tech, Retail, Operations, CRM, Regional and Global teams, you’ll help position SEPHORA UK as one of the leading digital markets in Europe - championing innovation, customer obsession and best-in-class omnichannel thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Build and drive SEPHORA UK’s e-commerce strategy, digital roadmap and growth priorities in line with business ambition and customer needs.
  • Accelerate online sales, conversion, customer engagement and lifetime value, while balancing commercial performance with a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Own and evolve the digital product roadmap across web and app, partnering closely with Tech to prioritise developments that deliver the greatest customer and business impact.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey across personalisation, on-site merchandising, search, product discovery, UX, SEO, GEO, AI-enabled experiences and site performance.
  • Lead the execution of digital campaigns, promotions, launches, drops, key trading moments and seasonal activations that excite customers and drive conversion.
  • Build strategic growth plans with priority brand partners, maximising visibility opportunities and creating differentiated digital experiences.
  • Champion innovation across digital beauty, testing new technologies, customer experiences, automation, agentic commerce and emerging retail trends.
  • Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects SEPHORA’s premium positioning, unique curation and passion for beauty storytelling.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Growth Management, Marketing, CRM, Retail, Brand, Operations, Customer Care and Technology to deliver seamless omnichannel journeys.
  • Monitor and optimise digital P&L drivers including payment, shipping, fraud, returns and customer care, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and experience.
  • Build, lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce organisation, creating scalable ways of working and a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Act as a key interface with Regional and Global Digital teams, sharing best practice, driving alignment and positioning SEPHORA UK as an early adopter of global digital capabilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
