Head of Digital
My client is seeking a Head of Digital to lead its ecommerce function, developing and executing strategies that deliver accelerated revenue growth, profitability and an exceptional customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven digital leader to take full ownership of a priority channel, shaping its future growth across the UK and international markets.
You’ll be responsible for managing the full DTC P&L, overseeing ecommerce trading, paid media, CRM, CRO and digital performance. Working closely with marketing, creative, operations and finance teams, you’ll develop annual growth plans, manage budgets and forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention and conversion. You'll also lead and develop the DTC team, optimise the Shopify platform, drive personalisation and loyalty initiatives, and work alongside the wider brand team on creative, content and social commerce strategies.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
