The Project
A founder-led agency is seeking a senior growth leader to scale a global British food brand’s DTC business. The top-down mandate is to hit $5M revenue across UK and US Shopify sites, plus ~20 marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart), within 12–18 months. Note: We are shortlisting now ahead of final project sign-off expected in 2–3 weeks.

What You Will Own
- Strategy & Numbers: Define and defend the UK/US growth plans, focusing relentlessly on CPA, margin, and profitability.
- Paid Media & CRO: Direct specialists across Google, Meta, and marketplaces, while driving conversion rate optimization on both Shopify sites.
- Product Feeds: Manage and optimize complex product feeds for a 100+ SKU catalogue.
- Rigorous Reporting: Deliver weekly performance data that can stand up to internal strategy teams.
- 90-Day Execution:
- Month 1 (Measurement, UK rebuild, US groundwork)
- Month 2 (US launch at controlled spend)
- Month 3 (Scaling what works)

Required Experience
- DTC Scaling: Personally grown a DTC business from ~£1M to £5M+.
- US Expansion: Successfully taken a UK brand into the US, navigating shipping costs, duties, and returns.
- Commercial Acumen: Highly comfortable defending your numbers, unit economics, and profit metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Feed Management: Managed product feeds for a range of 100+ items.
Helpful Extras
- FMCG/Food & Drink experience (heavy, fragile, or temp-sensitive items).
- Amazon or Walmart marketplace advertising.
- An interest in AI search (you will have daily access to proprietary tracking software).
