Head of Ecommerce - £75,000 + Package
Our client is a fast-growing international consumer business with ambitious growth plans. They are looking for an experienced Head of Ecommerce to lead direct-to-consumer business and drive the next phase of online growth.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll own the ecommerce strategy and online trading performance, with responsibility for driving revenue, conversion and customer experience across all digital channels.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, CRM, Product, Technology and Commercial teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, optimise the customer journey and deliver sustainable growth.
- Develop and deliver the UK ecommerce strategy.
- Own online revenue, profitability and key commercial KPIs.
- Lead digital trading, promotions and onsite merchandising.
- Drive conversion rate optimisation and customer experience improvements.
- Use data and customer insights to inform commercial decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise digital performance.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing ecommerce team.
- Identify new technologies and opportunities to drive innovation.

- Significant ecommerce leadership experience within a consumer-facing business.
- A proven track record of growing high-performing DTC ecommerce operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience owning revenue and trading performance.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms, digital analytics and conversion optimisation.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
