About the Role

Metagenics UK is looking for an experienced ecommerce leader to join our UK and Ireland business on a 12-month fixed term contract, and help shape the next stage of our direct-to-consumer growth.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven and commercially focused Head of Ecommerce to lead our online channels during an important period of digital transformation.

  • Own the UK and Ireland ecommerce P&L, trading plan and growth roadmap.
  • Drive sustainable revenue and profit growth across direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Lead digital trading, customer acquisition, CRM, retention, conversion optimisation and website performance.
  • Represent UK and Ireland ecommerce priorities within EMEA and global digital roadmaps, including the migration from Magento to Shopify.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing ecommerce team across trading, CRM, content, analytics and customer experience.

We’re looking for someone who can combine commercial delivery with customer-focused digital transformation. You’ll bring strong ecommerce leadership experience, confidence owning performance targets and budgets, and the ability to influence stakeholders across local, regional and global teams.

The role is open to candidates across the UK, with a requirement to travel to our offices in Whaley Bridge and London on a monthly basis and within the UK to collaborate with teams, agencies and customers on a less frequently but as required. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
