🚀 Head of Ecommerce – High-Growth Luxury Consumer Brand
Location: London (Hybrid - 1 day in-office + occasional travel)
Package: Up to £100,000 Base Salary + Competitive Bonus Scheme
About the Opportunity
A multi-award-winning, rapidly scaling global brand in the Luxury Consumer Space is looking for a highly commercial Head of Ecommerce to lead their worldwide DTC and marketplace strategy. Famous for their premium, beautifully designed, and highly durable products, this business combines incredible international growth with a passionate, bold culture. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Growth, you will be the strategic engine driving global revenue, platform strategy, and ecommerce operations across a hub-and-spoke model. What You’ll Do
- Own the global ecommerce strategy, driving revenue growth, conversion rate (CVR), AOV, and profitability across all international markets.
- Build, lead, and coach a global ecommerce centre of excellence, managing regional operators including a Global Ecomm Manager (UK/EU), Sr. Manager (US), and Merchandising Manager (UK).
- Partner cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Regional Commercial teams on forecasting, seasonal trading execution, and promotional planning.
- Oversee the global CRO and testing strategy, developing scalable experimentation frameworks and reporting standards across regions.
- Ensure site experience, UX, and merchandising standards perfectly align with commercial priorities and premium brand positioning.
- Lead weekly and monthly business reviews focused on trading performance, testing outcomes, risks, and market expansion opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of e-commerce experience with strong leadership credentials within a DTC, premium product, or consumer brand environment (ideal for a high-performing Head of Ecommerce stepping up, or an existing Director).
- Proven track record of owning and scaling ecommerce revenue performance across multiple international markets or regions.
- Deep operational and strategic expertise in Shopify, CRO, merchandising, ecommerce analytics, and experimentation strategy.
- Experience leading ecommerce operations across both DTC and marketplace channels, with a strong commercial mindset to translate data into actionable trading strategies.
- Hands-on experience building, scaling, and managing distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
