Head of Ecommerce

DTC Health & Wellness Scale-up

£70,000 - £85,000 + up to 30% Bonus

SW London (4 days per week office based)

Want to take what you’ve learned scaling a DTC brand and do it again with genuine ownership?

Our client is a fast-growing DTC consumer business targeting £15m revenue this year, with annual growth of circa 20-25%. Already established across the UK and Europe, with further international expansion planned, the business is investing in its next phase of digital growth and is looking for someone who can make a measurable commercial impact.

The Head of Ecommerce will take ownership of online performance, with a particular focus on CRO, landing pages and creating seamless customer journeys from paid creative through to conversion.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days setting up Meta campaigns. Specialist agencies are already in place. Instead, you'll understand the performance numbers, challenge recommendations and connect acquisition strategy with what happens when customers reach the website.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
