Join Our Outstanding and Award Winning Team at Treehouse Nursery Schools, The Grove Montessori!

Treehouse Nursery School in East London is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and skilled Montessori teacher. As a UNICEF rights-respecting nursery committed to fostering personal, emotional, and social growth, we’re seeking a professional who shares our vision to join our team.

At Treehouse, we are proud to be a Rights Respecting Nursery School, embedding the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) into every aspect of our practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident early years professional with strong EYFS knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, education, and safeguarding practice.

The successful candidate will lead the implementation of education across the nursery, support staff development, oversee the prepared environment, and act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead. • Supporting, mentoring, and supervising Montessori Teachers and Assistants.
  • Overseeing curriculum planning, observations, assessment, and learning experiences across the nursery.
  • Maintaining beautifully prepared Montessori environments, including indoor and outdoor provision.
  • Supporting children with additional needs in partnership with the SENCO, families, and external professionals.
  • Building positive relationships with parents and promoting the nursery’s Montessori philosophy.
  • Ensuring high standards of compliance, safeguarding, quality assurance, and professional practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
