This is an exciting opportunity to join the Efficiency, Value and Improvement (EVI) PMO Team at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust.

The EVI PMO Team

The EVI PMO Team is at the heart of the Trust’s journey to enhance efficiency, productivity, and value, while prioritising clinical, operational, and quality outcomes. As a growing and dynamic team, we are dedicated to supporting the Trust in achieving financial sustainability through transformative projects that improve the quality and delivery of its services.

We are seeking a Head of EVI Programme Management Office (PMO)

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive, leadership, and management teams. You will lead Trust-wide change initiatives designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services, ultimately benefiting both patients and staff.

Role Overview

The post holder will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the success of the Efficiency, Value, and Improvement (EVI) PMO by supporting and facilitating multiple high-priority programmes and projects simultaneously.

Key Duties

  • Ensure all initiatives are delivered at pace
  • Embed sustainable change across the Trust
  • Operate with significant autonomy
  • Act as a key partner to Executive Directors, senior clinicians, operational managers, and a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Influence and lead at all levels of the Trust
