Head of EMEA Revenue Growth – AI Agent Security
About the Role
Zenity is hiring a Head of EMEA to build the region from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will own the strategy, team, and revenue targets end-to-end. This is a rare leadership opportunity in a category that barely existed two years ago—your vision will define how AI agents are secured and adopted across EMEA.
We’ve already laid the early foundation through partnerships and customer success, and now we need a strategic builder who can:
- Prioritize countries where Zenity will win first (UK&I, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics, Southern Europe, Israel, Middle East).
- Build a partner-pipeline engine to enable global expansion.
- Scale lighthouse logos into regional reference accounts.
- Exceed targets from day one while shaping buyer demand in alignment with EU AI Act, NIS2, and DORA regulations.
This role is for someone who has built a sub-region before—now it’s time to scale EMEA at speed. If you’ve won major cybersecurity categories and want to repeat the playbook in AI security, this seat is yours to own.
About Zenity
Zenity is the world’s leading AI Agent Security platform, the first to deliver an agent-centric security framework. As enterprises adopt AI agents at scale, we’re establishing the operational guardrails for governance, detection, prevention, and response—from development to deployment—across SaaS platforms, internal systems, and end-user devices.
- Backed by $55M+ in funding, including $38M Series B with Microsoft’s M12.
- Trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.
- Your role will help shape how AI security is bought across EMEA.
Join us in patenting the future of secure AI.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define the 3–8 quarter EMEA GTM plan, including:
- Country prioritization thesis (with a clear "why").
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target account selection.
- Headcount model (Enterprise AEs, BDRs, Partners, SEs).
- Partner and pipeline engine strategy.
- Use MEDDPICC and BANTT discipline to drive 3–3.5x pipeline coverage.
- Run a structured revenue cycle via HubSpot (weekly pipeline, monthly forecast, quarterly business reviews).
Sales & Deal Execution
- Carry strategic deals in Year 1 (F1000 buying committees: CISO, Head of AI Security, AppSec, Platform Buyers).
- Shift to coaching the team as the model proves out.
- Own Land-and-Expand motions across customer success and partner ecosystems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Hire senior Enterprise AEs to deliver on early targets.
- Scale BDRs, Partners, and Solutions Engineers.
- Transition to a coaching-driven model (deal, discovery, forecast).
- Build & grow the EMEA partner motion in partnership with:
- GSI/Large SI (Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, Capgemini, NTT Data).
- Regional SIs, MSSPs, AWS/Azure/GCP Marketplaces.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to:
- Co-design joint pipeline plans.

- Be the EMEA executive voice—align field insights with Product, RevOps, and Customer Success.
- Shape the operating model for long-term scalability.
Requirements
What You’ve Done
- Built EMEA (or a major sub-region) for a venture-backed cybersecurity startup, growing it from niche logos to >10% of global revenue.
- Exited cybersecurity (cloud, app, data, identity, or SaaS security) with a strong buying committee engagement model—not just a commodity transaction.
- Led a sales team at Sr. Director or VP level (eager Sr. Directors ready to scale, or VPs with <2 years in role who want to repeat the strategy).
- Managed both direct sales and a partner motion—with measurable deals/co-sells from built relationships.
- Personally owned and exceeded $100K–$400K+ average annual contract value (ACV) in complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Fluent in MEDDPICC & BANTT—applied as live deal tools, not sales artifice.
- EMEA savvy:
- In-depth global country/regional efficacy insights (country prioritization).
- EU regulator intimate: understand where GOV-backed AI adoption will lead to high demand.
- Deep familiarity with CISO buying attitudes across Western Europe and Israel/Middle East.
What We Look For
- Built from scratch—your ability to design systems, processes, and outcomes matters more than polished scripts.
- Comfortable in fast shifting landscapes (e.g., early traction doesn’t = scale playbook).
- Strong collaboration—repairing trust and clarity across technical (Product, Engineering) and non-technical (Legal, Marketing) functions.
- Self-ownership—you track and account for results, not just activities.
- Experience in high-growth startups with big bets and ambitious stretching.
- Relevant exposure:
- AI or security.
- VCs, upstarts, or tech ecosystems with proven scaling strategies.
