We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We're the makers of Devin, the first AI software engineer. Our team is extremely talent-dense. Among our founding team, we have world-class competitive programmers, former founders, and leaders from companies at the cutting edge of AI including Scale AI, Palantir, Cursor, Waymo, Tesla, Lunchclub, Modal, Google DeepMind, and Nuro.

Building Devin is just the first step—our hardest challenges still lie ahead. If you’re excited to solve some of the world’s biggest problems and build AI that can reason on real-world tasks, apply to join us.

The Role

Cognition is building momentum internationally, and this role exists to turn early traction into a durable market presence. You will own the end-to-end marketing motion for EMEA — from how we show up in the market to how we generate pipeline and build the Cognition brand with developers, technical buyers, and enterprise decision-makers.

This is a builder role. You'll work closely with HQ marketing and our EMEA Country Head to localize global programs, create net-new initiatives where needed, and ensure Cognition is credible and compelling to audiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Own EMEA marketing end-to-end including brand presence, demand generation, partner marketing, events, and customer case studies. Adapting global programs and building local ones where gaps exist.
  • Partner with the EMEA sales and account teams to align marketing activity to pipeline priorities and key target accounts.
  • Own vertical ABM strategy and run targeted campaigns that are grounded in real customer outcomes.
  • Localize core positioning and messaging for the EMEA market, working closely with product marketing.
  • Lead EMEA events strategy, including owned events and third-party sponsorships, in partnership with global programming.
  • Build and own the EMEA partner marketing motion, developing co-marketing programs with resellers, SIs, and platform partners that generate pipeline and extend Cognition's reach into accounts.
  • Develop joint GTM programs with key partners: co-branded campaigns, partner-led events, solution briefs, and field enablement that helps partners tell the Cognition story credibly
  • Track and report on pipeline contribution and marketing performance for the region.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
