Role Overview

The role is based 3 days in central London, 2 days home. Salary guidance is £80-100k base + £60-70k commission (uncapped) + benefits.

About the Company

Our retained client is a global insights / analytics / forecasting player with $XXXm annual revenue and a very strong market position. Performing well and growing organically and via acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

The position leads net new sales activity across EMEA into the SMB and Mid-Market segment. SMB/Mid = to $500m annual rev businesses. Sales cycles 6w to 6m, with $15-60k ARR on 2-3yr contracts. You’ll inherit a team of 8x Business Development Managers based in different European locations and own the annual new business target across the region. This is a sales leadership position (no personal sales target) where you’ll provide the coaching, leadership, and structure that enables your team to perform at its best. Separately, there is a BDR team (for lead dev), Marketing team (providing MQL’s) and Presales team, all assisting you and your team’s success.
