Head of Employee Engagement, L&D and D&I

£100,000 plus benefits
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and learning and development across a large, multi-site organisation.
This can be mainly remote based with travel needed once a week on average.
What you will be doing:
- Lead employee listening through surveys, forums and feedback channels, turning feedback into practical improvements
- Drive culture, diversity and inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation
- Develop and deliver the organisation’s learning and development strategy, including induction, mandatory training, apprenticeships and professional development
- Build leadership capability, including developing a Leadership Academy
- Use workforce and engagement data to identify priorities and report progress to senior leaders and the Board
- Lead a specialist team and manage budgets, suppliers and external partners

- Proven employee engagement experience
- Senior experience across learning and development & diversity and inclusion
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A practical approach to using data and feedback to improve outcomes
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent senior-level experience
