As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and relationship-focused Head of Employer Engagement and Partnerships to lead our national employer strategy and build the partnerships that help young people move into sustainable employment.
About the Role
This is a newly created strategic leadership role responsible for developing and delivering Street League's employer engagement and partnership strategy across the UK.

Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, you'll lead our employer engagement function, manage Employer & Partnerships Managers, and develop long-term relationships with employers, corporate organisations, training providers, local authorities and strategic partners.
You'll ensure our employer partnerships don't simply exist—they create meaningful employment opportunities, strengthen our programmes and help secure Street League's future growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, building strategic relationships and leading a high-performing national team.
Key Details:
- Salary: £50,290
- Car Allowance: The successful candidate will receive a £6,500 car allowance to support the travel requirements associated with the role, including regular UK-wide regional travel.
- Work Pattern: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)
- Location: Paisley-based, with hybrid working (two days per week office-based and three days remote). The role will require regular travel across the UK to support regional business needs.
- Contract: Permanent
