Head of Employment/Employment Partner
TSR Legal are working in partnership with a leading regional firm in their search for a Head of Employment/Employment Partner to join any of their regional offices across Wales.
The Role
In this role in the Employment team, you will be expected to have prior experience with another leading Regional or National firm and you can confidently produce independent high quality work.
In this senior position you will need to be confident communicating not only with your internal team but also with your clients. This will come in the way of maintaining and improving client working relationships for the firm.

The key objective of this new role is to enhance the firm's growing national employment practice through having a specific focus on working with respondent clients in the public and private sectors.
The role will involve working with clients in connection with a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
About You
The successful Lawyer will need to be 10 PQE +. You will need to have strong employment law experience.
Not only will you be expected to have strong law knowledge but a good team player and role model to the younger team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have an eagerness to produce the highest quality work.
