Head of Enablement
Do you love building something from scratch, and turning busy professionals into confident users of cutting-edge technology?
We’re looking for a Head of Enablement to build and lead the function that educates thousands of users on Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect. Our clients buy Aveni for their advice and compliance teams and your job is to win them over with programmes that are engaging, scalable, and genuinely useful.
About Aveni
Aveni is an award-winning technology company. We use advanced AI to enable scalable efficiency for financial services companies, combining world-leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) expertise with deep financial services domain experience to drive enterprise-wide productivity. We’re using the latest in AI to automate and innovate, empowering businesses to achieve exceptional productivity and compliance outcomes.
About the Role
This is a build role. Our user base has grown to thousands of users on Assist alone, and a single client can have 2,500 users to train. You’ll design how enablement works at Aveni - the processes, standards, tooling, and team structure - and maybe even launch an Aveni Certification across different user types.
Core Focus Allocation
- 60% Framework & Process: Process design, programme architecture, and training automation.
- 20% Team Leadership: Hiring, coaching, and scaling your enablement team.
- 20% Hands-On Delivery: High-impact in-person and online training execution if we hit capacity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enablement Strategy: Own enablement for Assist and Detect, defining what great looks like for each user type and customer segment.
- Aveni Certification: Design and launch programmes featuring LMS courses, quizzes, and digital badges aligned to our delivery model.
- Scalable Programmes: Build onboarding, new-joiner, refresher, and feature-launch training that reaches thousands of users with minimal manual effort.
- Blended Delivery: Run in-person and online training, delivering critical sessions yourself where it matters most or where we have hit capacity.
- Operating Model: Set the operational processes, scheduling rhythm, and quality expectations for the team.
- Measurement & Analytics: Track engagement, completion, adoption, and competency, using data to continuously improve outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, Product, and Sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
