Job Description

The Head of Enablement & Innovation ensures that innovations for the EDQ UK business are identified, evaluated and executed to completion within defined measures, you will work with the UK&I business to ensure that EDQ technology replaces competitive offerings and enables all internal departments with their data quality needs.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a product evangelist with external audiences such as industry analysts
  • Undertake pre-POC engagements with customers & partners to understand the applicability of our products to new use cases
  • Work with Product Management and Propositions to ensure their feedback is acted upon
  • Collaborate with other innovation leaders to ensure that our Data Intelligence solutions are evaluated against ongoing internal use cases in order that we meet our obligation to use home-grown technology wherever possible (Look Right, Look Left)
  • Work with Product Management to ensure the correct specification and scheduling of partner, customer and internal needs for our products with particular reference to Aperture Governance Studio
  • Exploration of emerging technologies and how they will impact the EDQ business and our customers. This will include, but is not limited to, Generative AI, data observability, real-time DQ, distributed processing, graph technologies.
  • Content creation to support partner and other external activities

Qualifications

  • Strong product, data set and solutions knowledge
  • Strong communicator, both one-to-one and to large groups
  • Proven ability to leverage a matrix organization to advance business goals
  • Strong understanding of the day to day running of multiple departmental activities across a software/ services business
  • Ability to influence internally and externally at the highest levels
  • Thorough understanding of Data Quality and its importance to Experian and our customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to persuade, encourage and elicit cooperation across stakeholders and learners

  • Hybrid working, 2 days a week in our London office
