SwitchTT are partnered with a B2B SaaS start up who after 3 years are closing in on profitability, hiring for a Head of Engineering to take ownership of strategy, direction and greenfield product development. You’ll be working on a product used by some of the largest B2B SaaS businesses automating processes and improving efficiencies and in turn revenue.

As the Head of Engineering you’ll steer a highly collaborative team who are about to double in size, who are constantly learning and evolving, working on product features. Not only will this role take ownership of the team, technology decision making and strategy but offers the chance to contribute to the business direction.
With an extensive list of feature requests from existing customers as well as, onboarding new larger customers - this is an excellent time to be joining for someone with ambitious career goals.
Head of Engineering requirements:
- 7+ years’ of software engineering experience working within high scale product led environments
- You've managed teams of 10+ engineers and scaled to 15-20 engineers
- Evidence of leading technology architecture and strategy from the front
- You've previously managed and improved engineering culture
- You've evidence of implementing and delivering career frameworks
- Have previously worked with cloud native technologies at scale (ideally AWS)
