Head of Engineering - Climate Tech - Up to £170k Base + Equity - London (On-site, 3x a week)

Location:
London (3x a week)
Comp:
Up to £170k Base + Equity (depending on experience)
The role:
- Scaling the existing product and engineering function to support rapid growth
- Embedding AI-native ways of working across the engineering organisation
- Sit closely with the CEO and drive key strategic decisions

We’re looking for:
- Hands-on leader who can balance strategy, culture, and execution
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-intensity environments
- Genuinely AI-native, using LLMs and modern AI tooling as part of their daily workflow.
