The Role
Lead a talented team of about 30 engineers and turn it into an agentic, AI-first engineering function.
- Redesign the structure however you think is right: product-aligned teams, full-stack pods, new leadership roles. Budget is there to reshape it.
- Replace heavyweight architecture and documentation with lean patterns, clear guardrails and fast delivery.
- Lead the move from project delivery to a product-led model.
- Scale up. A significant acquisition pipeline means the function is expected to double within 12 to 24 months.
