An opportunity has arisen for a Head of English at Southall School. They will be responsible for leading English across the school.

The Role
The successful candidate for this middle leadership post will:
- Be responsible for the English curriculum and its development
- Be responsible for the high quality delivery of our systematic synthetic phonics offer across the school
- Lead on quality assurance of the delivery of English across the school
- Be responsible for all English accreditation
- Be part of the middle leadership team
Compensation
The postholder will be paid at mainscale/upper pay scale. They will also receive 1 SEN point (currently £2,787) and a TLR2 (currently £5,607).
