About SINGU
At SINGU, we’re redefining how the world’s most ambitious real estate companies run their operations. Our mission is to become Europe’s leading platform for managing warehouse, logistics, retail, and multi-site commercial real estate portfolios — empowering our Clients to protect revenue, boost efficiency, and unlock new value across every aspect of their business.
Our unified CAFM platform already powers the daily operations of over 250 million m² of real estate worldwide, supporting more than 500,000 professionals. Following our union with the UK’s Micad and Germany’s net-haus, we now help manage 100,000+ buildings across 35+ countries — and we’re just getting started.
Backed by a leading growth equity investor, we’re scaling rapidly and partnering with global leaders such as Prologis, ECE, CTP, Hillwood, Logicor, GLP, and Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. As we continue to grow through strategic acquisitions and bold innovation, we stay true to our core values: adaptability, collaboration, and client focus.
If you’re ready to help build Europe’s leading platform for property operations — and make a tangible impact on how the real estate industry works — join SINGU and be part of this transformation.
About the role
You will lead SINGU’s enterprise business on both sides of the number: winning the large, multi-country property owners, operators, and facilities management organisations that do not yet work with us, and growing the ones that already do. Four direct reports: two Global Account Executives on new logo acquisition, two Global Account Managers on expansion across our largest existing customers. With a team of this size, you lead from inside the deals, not above them.
Why SINGU
SINGU is building a leading international property operations platform. We support more than 250 million square meters of property, retain over 98% of our customers, profitable, and growing at double digits year on year with backing from K1 Investment Management.
Our customers already include seven of Europe’s ten largest logistics platforms, the five leading global commercial real estate advisers, and 17 of Europe’s top 20 facilities management providers.
What To Expect
- A resourced team of four and a defined universe of enterprise accounts, existing and target.
- Ownership of both numbers: new-logo ARR and expansion ARR across the strategic base.
- A newly formed function: segmentation, coverage, account planning, and deal governance are yours to define rather than inherit.
- Direct access to the CRO and CEO, a seat in the commercial leadership team, and executive sponsorship you can deploy on your team’s deals.
- Solution Consulting, Business Development, Marketing, and Product behind the team.
- A credible path into broader European or group commercial leadership as the enterprise business scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Will Own
The Team and Its Number
- Deliver the combined enterprise number: new-logo ARR from the acquisition pair, expansion ARR and retention from the strategic accounts pair.
- Design coverage: which accounts sit where, who owns what, and how credit is treated when a strategic account expands into a new country or a new logo lands in a regional patch.
- Set and enforce the standard on qualification, deal strategy, and forecast discipline. Coach inside live deals, not in pipeline reviews after the fact.
- Recruit, onboard, develop a high-performing team.
- Ramp new hires fast and write down what works, so the fifth and sixth sellers are quicker to productivity than the first four.
New Business
- Ensure a named target-account universe exists, is properly worked, and carries a written point of view on why each account should change.
- Hold the line on self-sourced pipeline. Business Development and Marketing contribute; they do not carry the team.
- Engage personally on the largest and most complex pursuits: executive access, business case, commercial structure, and negotiation.
- Build the displacement motion against incumbent CAFM and IWMS platforms, in-house systems, and entrenched spreadsheet processes.
Strategic Accounts
- Grow the existing enterprise base through country, portfolio, product, and use-case expansion.
- Insist on account plans with genuine whitespace analysis, executive relationship maps, and sequenced priorities.
- Distinguish real expansion from renewal uplift.
- Surface renewal and relationship risk early, working with Customer Success on health and value realization. Adoption sits with them; the commercial outcome sits with you.
Commercial Leadership and Governance
- Produce a forecast for the whole function that survives line-by-line scrutiny.
- Deploy CEO and CRO sponsorship where it changes an outcome.
- Build executive alignment between SINGU’s leadership and customer leadership across the top accounts.
- Feed competitive, pricing, and market intelligence back into Product, Marketing, and the wider commercial organization.

What Excellent Performance Looks Like
- New-logo ARR and expansion ARR delivered against target, with neither propped up by the other.
- Net revenue retention across the strategic account base.
- Attainment distribution across the team, how many of the four hit target, not just the aggregate.
- Self-sourced pipeline share, and coverage built for the following year.
- Forecast accuracy against commit at team level.
- Time to first deal and to full productivity for new hires.
- Depth of executive relationships across the top accounts, measured by access rather than meetings held.
What We’re Looking For
- A sustained record of carrying and delivering a team number in enterprise SaaS, with attainment history you can talk through year by year.
- Credibility as a closer before you were a leader.
- Genuine experience of both motions, new logo acquisition, and enterprise expansion.
- Evidence of hiring, ramping, and where necessary, exiting enterprise sellers.
- A player-coach at this size of team: someone who wants to be in the room on the big deals.
- Complex multi-country enterprise deals closed at six or seven-figure value, involving multiple stakeholders, procurement, and IT security review.
- MEDDICC or an equivalent framework used to run a team and inspect deals.
- CAFM, IWMS, facilities management, PropTech, or real estate technology experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
- Business-fluent English; a second European language is an advantage.
Support, Package, and Progression
- Dedicated Solution Consulting, Business Development support, and marketing programmes aimed at the enterprise segment.
- An established customer base and proof points that open doors, plus CEO and CRO sponsorship.
- Competitive salary with performance-related bonus tied to team delivery across both motions.
- Base salary up to £135,000 based on your experience, plus performance-related bonus.
If this role sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you. Apply and help us build technology that supports critical operations every day.
