Head of Enterprise & Integrated Networks

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Director, Head of Enterprise & Integrated Networks to join our ever-evolving Enterprise & Integrated Engineering team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Define and deliver the global network strategy, ensuring resilient, secure, and scalable connectivity across enterprise, cloud, data centre, and partner environments.
  • Lead global network engineering and operations teams, driving service excellence across mission-critical infrastructure supporting colleagues, clients, and business operations.
  • Build and execute network modernization roadmaps, including automation, simplification, standardisation, lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives.
  • Own operational performance, availability, risk management, and service resilience, providing leadership during major incidents and high-priority technology events.
  • Partner with engineering, cloud, security, architecture, and business leaders to deliver technology outcomes while managing budgets, suppliers, and strategic investments.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant experience leading global Network Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technology Operations functions within large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise across enterprise networking, including WAN, LAN, data centre networking, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and cloud connectivity.
  • Proven ability to lead geographically distributed teams and develop high-performing leaders across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience delivering technology transformation programmes while maintaining operational stability within business-critical environments.
  • Strong commercial and stakeholder management skills, including budget ownership, supplier management, strategic planning, and executive-level communication.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience in financial services, payments, banking, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Experience leading network integration, merger and acquisition activities, large-scale migrations, or major infrastructure transformation programmes.
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN, network automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), SRE, ITIL, DevOps, or modern infrastructure operating models.
