👋 About Us

Sunday is building the fastest, simplest way to pay in restaurants. With a quick scan of a QR code, diners can pay, tip, and leave in about 10 seconds. We believe great products should feel obvious, not complicated, and we focus relentlessly on keeping things simple while earning trust from restaurants and guests at every interaction. Today, Sunday powers payments in thousands of restaurants across the US, UK, and France, helping operators turn tables faster, increase tips, and unlock valuable insights. We push ourselves to go beyond what’s expected, building with ownership, moving fast, and scaling with ambition as we tackle our biggest growth opportunity in the US.

About the Role

As the founding Head of Enterprise Operations for the UK market, your ultimate goal will be to make Sunday's Enterprise portfolio successful, scalable, and commercially valuable.

You'll own the operational journey of Enterprise clients from pilot through rollout and ongoing optimization. You'll create the operating model, governance, and cross-functional discipline needed to manage complex Enterprise groups with clarity and consistency - while making sure our clients see the value of Sunday at every stage of the relationship.

You'll lead up to six direct reports across Enterprise Account Managers and Associates, and report to Josh Cosnett, Head of UK. You'll work closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Onboarding, as well as senior stakeholders on the client side. This is a fast-paced, data- and detail-oriented team with a strong written culture and an 80:20 approach: focus on what matters most, move quickly, and keep raising the bar.

This role is a rare opportunity to shape how Sunday operates with its most strategic customers. You'll bring together operational leadership, client execution, commercial thinking, and cross-functional coordination to create more value for Enterprise merchants, and build the stickiness that turns successful deployments into lasting partnerships.

Join early, grow fast, and shape the journey!

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise rollouts
    • Own the operational delivery of Enterprise clients in the UK, from pilot through full rollout and optimization.
    • Build clear rollout plans, milestones, governance, and escalation paths with Onboarding and relevant teams.
    • Maintain visibility on progress, risks, blockers, owners, and next steps.
    • Identify issues early, drive resolution, and create playbooks for repeatable, efficient deployments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
