About the opportunity

Via is partnering with a leading global business intelligence and data provider to recruit a Head of Enterprise Sales.

You'll lead an outbound sales team across the UK and US, with responsibility for two major areas of growth: winning new enterprise customers and increasing revenue within existing accounts.

The business provides specialist data, intelligence and subscription products to professionals across global investment and financial markets. You'll lead the commercial strategy for identifying high-value prospects, building enterprise pipeline and expanding relationships with existing customers.

This is a hands-on leadership role. Alongside coaching your team, you'll shape territories and target-account strategy, run pipeline and forecast reviews and step into important deals to support pricing, negotiation and closing.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, coach and develop an outbound enterprise sales team across the UK and US
  • Drive performance against individual and team revenue targets
  • Own the strategy for acquiring new enterprise customers
  • Build a predictable outbound pipeline across target accounts
  • Define territories and prioritise the strongest commercial opportunities
  • Develop account-based prospecting strategies for high-value organisations
  • Monitor target-account coverage, pipeline creation and conversion
  • Coach sales representatives across prospecting, discovery, multi-threading, negotiation and closing
  • Get involved directly in high-value and complex enterprise deals
  • Support pricing and commercial negotiations
  • Develop strategies to increase revenue across existing customers
  • Identify untapped teams, departments and products within established accounts
  • Work closely with Account Management around customer renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Run regular pipeline and forecasting reviews
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline and accurate sales forecasting
  • Work with Marketing to improve lead generation and outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with Product and other teams to support customer requirements and commercial opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
