Head of Enterprise Sales
Location: Hybrid working, UK-based, with an international client base
Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 x2 OTE + bonus
About the Business
A well-funded, growing SaaS business operating in the regulatory and financial crime compliance space, selling into banks and other financial institutions. The company takes a genuinely different approach to a problem most providers still solve the old way, and is starting to win meaningful traction as a result. Backed by institutional investors, with a small, senior, founder-led team.
About the Role
This is a newly created senior sales hire for the business. Reporting into the CEO, this hybrid role combines building and leading a growing sales function with carrying a personal, individual quota. You'll be responsible for a small number of large, complex enterprise deals at any one time, working long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles through to close. A warm pipeline already exists across much of the target market, so this is about converting and scaling rather than starting from zero.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You'll Do
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead and grow a sales team as the business scales, recruiting further salespeople over time
- Set the standards, KPIs and culture for a function that's still being established
Quota & Pipeline
- Own and close large, enterprise-value deals, typically running several concurrent opportunities against a small number of annual closes
- Sell primarily to senior operations and compliance stakeholders within major financial institutions internationally
- Manage long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with strong forecasting and deal-progression discipline
Cross-functional
- Work closely with product, marketing and delivery to shape go-to-market strategy and client experience
- Feed client and market intelligence back into product direction
- Navigate complex decision-making structures within large institutions to keep deals moving
What They're Looking For
- Proven enterprise SaaS sales track record in financial services
- Comfortable running a consultative, conceptual sales process - this is a transformation pitch, not a feature-led sell
- Entrepreneurial and low-ego; genuinely comfortable in a small, fast-moving team where roles overlap
- A stable career track record
- Strong stakeholder and negotiation skills, credible at senior level within large institutions
- Proficiency with modern CRM and sales tooling
