As a global learning and development company, we partner with organisations around the world to create more self-aware, connected and high-performing cultures through the power of self-understanding.

Technology, data and AI are transforming how organisations operate, innovate, and create value. At Insights, we're embracing that opportunity, and we're looking for an inspiring leader to help shape what's next.

Job Description

As our Head of Enterprise Technology & Security, you'll sit at the heart of that transformation. This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for shaping our technology, security, data and AI agenda, ensuring we have the platforms, capabilities and governance needed to support our people, delight our customers and enable sustainable business growth.

Leading a global function and partnering closely with Executive and senior leaders, you'll help translate business ambition into practical technology strategies, drive meaningful change across the organisation, and create the conditions for innovation to flourish in a secure, scalable and responsible way.

You'll combine strategic vision with a collaborative, people-first approach, building trusted relationships across the business while leading the evolution of our technology ecosystem and AI capabilities.

What You'll Do To Succeed

  • Lead the enterprise technology, security, data and AI strategy, aligning priorities to business growth and customer value.
  • Develop and deliver data and AI strategies, governance and capabilities that enable insight, innovation and better decision-making.
  • Shape and optimise our SaaS-first technology ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Own enterprise architecture, ensuring technology, data and AI capabilities evolve in a scalable and sustainable way.
  • Champion a human-led, AI-enabled approach that improves productivity and enhances colleague and customer experiences.
  • Embed security, privacy, IP protection and responsible AI principles across the organisation.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business improvement through technology, data, analytics and AI.
  • Lead strategic change initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, adoption and measurable value.
  • Maintain secure, reliable and user-centred technology services.
  • Develop high-performing teams, partners and suppliers to support a modern, global and AI-enabled organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
