Head of Entertainment Client Sales | Digital Media & Branded Partnerships

Paying £60 - £75K base + uncapped comms

We're working with a fast-growing digital publishing group to appoint a Head of Entertainment Client Sales to drive partnerships across the entertainment industry.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a proactive new-business hunter who knows how to open doors, build senior relationships, and turn creative ideas into significant commercial partnerships.

You'll work across a portfolio of high-engagement publishing and social brands, developing relationships with marketing decision makers at streaming platforms, broadcasters, film studios, gaming publishers, and wider entertainment clients, both directly and through their media agencies.

The role will include:

  • Owning and growing an entertainment-sector new business pipeline
  • Building senior relationships across clients and media agencies
  • Selling long-term branded content programmes, social-first video, digital display, and integrated partnerships
  • Developing proactive opportunities around upcoming releases, content slates, and major cultural moments
  • Cross-selling solutions across multiple publishing brands and audiences
  • Working with editorial, social, and creative teams to build compelling client propositions
  • Turning successful campaigns into larger, long-term strategic partnerships
  • Owning pitches, negotiations, forecasting, and revenue delivery

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years' experience across media sales, branded content, or partnerships
  • A proven record of winning new business
  • Strong direct-client and agency relationships
  • Experience selling integrated digital, social, video, or content solutions
  • Ideally, existing relationships across film, TV, streaming, gaming, or entertainment
  • Energy, commercial creativity, and a genuine hunter mentality

This is a hands-on commercial role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to build an entertainment vertical across a highly relevant portfolio of digital media brands.
