This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Head of Estates who will be able to lead a committed team in the day-to-day operation of the College.

RHACC’s mission is to empower adults by unlocking their potential through learning, skills and enterprise. We are looking for someone that will play a key role in delivering on this mission by creating spaces at our College that welcome and inspire learners, staff and visitors alike. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the leadership and management of the Estates and Health & Safety functions of the College. You will be responsible for the management and day to day operation of our site and will ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations in respect of safety, security, cleanliness, and maintenance of the sites.

You will have significant experience in estates and facilities management as well as defining and delivering successful projects – both large and small. You will hold relevant qualifications in Estates/ Facilities/Health and Safety. You should be an excellent communicator, planner, and be adaptable to changing priorities, have great people skills, be a problem solver and have a track record of delivering quality results through an engaged team.
