About Medinet Group

Medinet Group is a dynamic healthcare organisation committed to delivering high-quality clinical services across the UK. Our integrated businesses - Medinet (insourcing), HealthHarmonie (community specialist services), and HealthHarmonie Minds (mental health and wellbeing services) - work collaboratively with NHS and healthcare partners to improve patient access, reduce waiting times, and drive innovation in healthcare delivery.

The Role

You'll have overall responsibility for the Group's estates, facilities and clinical equipment. This is a broad, hands-on leadership role where you'll:

  • Lead estates strategy, budget and monthly reporting to the senior leadership team
  • Own statutory compliance and PPM across every site, including fire, water hygiene, gas, electrical, asbestos, LOLER and medical gases, to CQC and HTM/HBN standards
  • Manage the full lifecycle of clinical equipment, from specification and procurement through to calibration and disposal
  • Appoint and manage contractors, holding them to SLAs and making sure RAMS and permits are in place
  • Act as the senior estates voice in new business: site searches, modular design, costing, MEP review and sign-off before new services go live
  • Lead our Carbon Reduction Plan and NHS Net Zero commitments
  • Line manage and develop our Estates & Facilities Manager

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
