We are looking for a visionary, ambitious, and creative Head of EU Marketing to lead our health & wellness client's expansion into two of the most critical growth markets outside of the UK: Spain and Germany.
Reporting directly to the Chief Brand and Creative Officer, you will serve as the strategic bridge between the central global teams and regional execution. Your mission is to translate global strategy into localized, high-impact marketing plans that drive deep brand engagement, build brand strength, and bring the future of wellness to Europe.

4 days a week in East Sussex HQ
Fluency in Spanish AND/OR German is essential
The Role
- Translate Vision: Turn the global business plan into efficient, effective market-level strategies.
- Drive Cross-Channel Impact: Partner with in-market teams to launch omnichannel brand plans in Spain and Germany that generate massive product demand.
- Ensure Cultural Fluency: Adapt core brand identity so it connects authentically with local regional cultures.
- Unlock Growth Opportunities: Analyze market dynamics to discover and exploit new local growth channels.
- Mentor & Elevate: Manage and develop established teams in Spain and Germany, setting high standards for quality and ambition.
- Integrate Cross-Functional Plans: Align PR, talent, events, partnerships, and creative teams to build cohesive, comprehensive campaigns.
- Optimize Budgets: Spend smart to drive growth across retail, DTC, and Amazon channels using finite budgets.
- Manage Agencies: Select and brief local agency partners to integrate them seamlessly into our core mission.
- Measure Demand: Turn brand campaigns into trackable, measurable customer demand with clear insights on what works and why.
- Represent regional insights and market needs directly to central global leadership.

- Seasoned Leader: Proven track record in regional or international marketing leadership roles.
- Languages: Fluency in Spanish AND/OR German is essential.
- Wellness Advocate: Deep passion for or experience within the modern wellness, health, or lifestyle space.
- Omnichannel Specialist: Expert knowledge spanning retail environments, direct-to-consumer (DTC) models, and Amazon marketplaces.
- Cross-Cultural Navigator: Ability to manage international teams and adapt campaigns across diverse cultures.
