Head of EU Sales GTM (SGTM)

The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization is the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales — ensuring the sales organization is equipped, empowered, and ready to win. Sitting squarely between the product teams who build our ad solutions and the sales teams who bring them to market, SGTM drives go-to-market strategy where doing so results in clear benefits for our customers.
We're seeking a Head of EU Sales GTM (SGTM) to lead the regional SGTM function across our EU markets. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned advertising industry leader who can own the end-to-end GTM strategy for EU — adapting global initiatives to the needs of European advertisers while championing the voice of EU customers and sales teams back into the global organization.

- Define and execute the EU SGTM strategy — ensuring alignment with the global approach while addressing the unique dynamics of EU markets
- Lead regional product launches and enablement — adapting global GTM plans so EU sales teams can effectively bring our solutions to market
- Represent the voice of EU customers and sales — gathering regional insights and feedback to influence global strategy and product direction
- Drive adoption across the Amazon Ads portfolio — developing programs that deepen advertiser engagement across EU countries
- Partner cross-functionally — working with Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and global SGTM peers to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach
- Address regional nuances — navigating the complexities of operating across multiple EU markets
- Establish an effective operating cadence — driving accountability and data-driven decision-making through regular business reviews
- Communicate with impact — translating industry trends and product developments into actionable insights for teams and leadership at all levels
- Measure what matters — defining the right metrics to track EU GTM impact and reporting progress to stakeholders
- Lead a high-performing team — hiring, developing, and inspiring a team of GTM specialists across the EU
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
