ABOUT NOAH
NOAH is an integrated creative agency that's employee-owned. That means the business belongs to the people who work in it. We like it that way. It means we care a bit more, stay a bit longer and take greater pride in the work we do. It also means we share in the success we help create.
We work across a genuinely varied portfolio of clients, from global market-leading brands to fast-moving consumer businesses. No two days are the same. No two briefs are either. We're a team that rolls up its sleeves - from the top down, no job is too small. We usually say yes first and ask what the question was later, and you'll always find a senior person in the thick of it alongside you.
The ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Events & Brand Experience to lead and grow NOAH’s live events and experiential offering.
A significant part of the role will involve leading the annual events programme for one of our largest automotive clients - spanning UK and international dealer conferences, incentive programmes, live broadcasts and other key calendar moments.
But we’re looking for someone who can take us beyond traditional events too. Our brand experience work is growing, and we want someone equally excited by turning a creative idea into a live experience, activation or culturally relevant moment.
One week you might be shaping the narrative and content for an international conference; the next, working with our Creative team to take a consumer-facing idea from concept through to live activation.
This is a senior, client-facing and hands-on role. You’ll set the direction, lead the team and build strong senior client relationships, while still being comfortable getting into the detail when needed.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
