Job Title: Head of Events

Location: Battersea, London (on-site)

Reports to: Founder

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are a leading bespoke floral design studio in London, renowned for crafting extraordinary floral designs & experiences for high-net-worth individuals, iconic fashion houses, luxury lifestyle brands, and design-led weddings. Our team is passionate about design, detail, and delivering above-and-beyond service. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and creative Head of Events to lead our events division and help shape the future of the brand.

The Role

As Head of Events, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of all floral events – from high-impact installations and private dinners to multi-day weddings and brand activations. You will lead a small but dedicated team of permanent staff and freelancers, manage budgets and timelines, problem solve logistics, and play a key role in developing new business opportunities.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with exceptional taste/ a good eye, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the luxury market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & Execution
    • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of floral installations and events from concept to completion
    • Ensure every event meets the highest creative and operational/production standards, aligned with client expectations and brand reputation

  • Team Leadership

    • Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of event producers, creative designers and freelancers
    • Schedule and oversee staffing across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication
  • Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, including HNW individuals, iconic global brands, fashion houses, PR agencies, and wedding planners
    • Develop strong relationships built on trust, creativity, and impeccable service
  • Budgeting & Commercial Oversight

    • Build and manage event budgets with full accountability for cost control and profitability
    • Lead post-event analysis and reporting, ensuring continual improvement
  • New Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
    • Lead on proposals, pitches, and project scoping alongside the founder

Who You Are

  • A seasoned event professional with 5+ years’ experience delivering high-end events in the luxury, hospitality, or design sectors
  • Highly organised, efficient and with strong attention to detail
  • 5+ years managing and leading direct teams and managing large-scale, high-pressure projects
  • A strong visual and design sensibility with an eye for detail
  • Confident with budgeting, logistics, and operations – and able to balance creativity with commercial awareness
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – a trusted presence with clients and internal teams alike
  • A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and resilient – able to remain calm under pressure and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in florals and specifically event florals
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients and premium brands
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM platforms
