Head of Events & Experience for Graduation Services
We are recruiting for a long-established and highly respected organisation looking to recruit an exceptional Head of Events & Experience for their Graduation Services.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the delivery, continuous improvement and innovation of the Graduation Experience across all university partnerships.
- The role ensures Graduation Services delivers exceptional client and graduate experiences through operational excellence, outstanding people leadership and continual service innovation.

- Working closely with the Commercial Director, Marketing Manager and Bid Manager, the Head of Events & Experience translates commercial strategy into consistently outstanding delivery, strengthening client relationships, improving service quality and reinforcing Graduation Services' position as the UK's leading Graduation Experience Partner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading large-scale event operations and multi-site service delivery.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills, leading a team of over 10 people.
- Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Demonstrable experience driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance service quality, efficiency and profitability.
- Excellent planning, organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to lead change and implement new ways of working.
- Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.

Location:
- Based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire, this role requires someone who can travel throughout the UK to meet clients and attend services.
